In order to get started we generally need the following information:

*Monthly bank statements
*Monthly credit card statements
*Receipts (only for items paid with cash that would not show up on statements)

Training is offered to clients who would like to do their own bookkeeping, but want to know what exactly to do for their specific situation and business. Purchasing QuickBooks software and attempting to do it yourself without knowing if you are headed in the right direction can be a disaster. You don’t want to get to year end and find out that all your time was wasted. We will look at your books, do a write up of processes for your business, and then meet face to face, or remotely to train on each task. After training I’m available to review your books quarterly to make sure that you are still doing your bookkeeping accurately.
